Warranty
Your purchase comes with a 1-year warranty protecting your jewelry from manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes repairs needed due to user wear and tear.
Since all fine jewelry is made with malleable precious metals and is certainly not indestructible, we recommend taking special care when exercising, sleeping, swimming or showering in your jewelry. We also recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, lotions, hairsprays and detergents whenever possible to keep your gemstones and diamonds clean and sparkling at their best.

Return policy
All sales are final.
If there is a manufacturing defect or production flaw an exchange is available within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email hello@tovaa.com to discuss. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items have been intentionally damaged or misused.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized pieces including: engagement rings, eternity bands, jewelry with initials or letters, birthstones or engraving, as well as made-to-order or custom size rings. If you have questions about personalizing a piece or about the availability of an item, please contact hello@tovaa.com before placing your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email as to the approval or rejection of your refund. TOVAA reserves the right to approve or reject every return due to the individual nature of each item. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
In the event that an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund will be issued.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
