Shipping and Returns


Signature is required upon delivery. TOVAA is not responsible for lost or stolen items when tracking indicates it has been delivered. TOVAA is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to TOVAA for any reason, the customer will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of the order.



If there is a manufacturing defect or production flaw an exchange is available within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please email to discuss.  We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items have been intentionally damaged or misused.  

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized pieces including: engagement rings, eternity bands, jewelry with initials or letters, birthstones or engraving, as well as made-to-order or custom size rings.  If you have questions about personalizing a piece or about the availability of an item, please contact before placing your order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email as to the approval or rejection of your refund. TOVAA reserves the right to approve or reject every return due to the individual nature of each item. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

In the event that an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund will be issued.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
