Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary express shipping on all domestic and international orders. Domestic deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days, and international orders within 5–7 business days.
A signature is required upon delivery. TOVAA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery. We are also not responsible for any delivery delays due to the recipient being unavailable for signature, or for unforeseen weather or carrier-related issues.
If your package is returned to TOVAA for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment fee.
Once your piece has been handcrafted and is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details so you can follow your TOVAA creation all the way home.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each TOVAA piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges for custom designs, bespoke engagement rings, ceremonial rings, fine jewelry, loose stones, or sale items.
We kindly ask that you confirm all details before purchasing — our team is always here to guide you through every step.
Ready-To-Wear Rings
We offer a 30-day exchange on all Ready-To-Wear Rings.
To qualify, the ring must be unworn and in its original, brand-new condition.
Custom & Bespoke Designs
To ensure your piece is perfect, we provide a CAD (computer-aided design) rendering within 2 weeks of purchase.
- You will have 3 days to review and approve your CAD.
- If approval is not received within that timeframe, we will move forward with crafting your piece as shown in the original design.
- Any design changes must be made before CAD approval.
- Once approved — or once the approval window has passed — no further changes can be made.
TOVAA Policies
We may decline a refund or exchange if:
- There is visible wear or evidence the piece has been worn
- The item is bespoke or custom-made
- The ring has been resized to your specifications
- An incorrect finger size was provided at the time of purchase
- The reason for return is unrelated to quality
- The quality concern can be quickly resolved by our jewelers
- There is evidence of misuse or tampering
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
