Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there is a manufacturing defect or production flaw an exchange is available within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email hello@tovaa.com to discuss. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items have been intentionally damaged or misused.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized pieces including: engagement rings, eternity bands, jewelry with initials or letters, birthstones or engraving, as well as made-to-order or custom size rings. If you have questions about personalizing a piece or about the availability of an item, please contact hello@tovaa.com before placing your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email as to the approval or rejection of your refund. TOVAA reserves the right to approve or reject every return due to the individual nature of each item. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
In the event that an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund will be issued.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@tovaa.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
